The method the GIA establishes exactly what a diamond's cut grade should be, as an example, varies in extremely particular means from the method other certifiers like the AGS do it. In many instances, these organizations don't reveal the precise details of the procedures they make use of.

The form of a diamond likewise makes a distinction relative to how its cut grade is identified. Although there are some basic standards that continue to be the very same for any type of ruby, the precise approaches utilized to quality a round ruby's cut are various from those made use of to grade a heart-shaped ruby's cut.

The rest of this explanation will concentrate on rounded diamonds, as this is without a doubt one of the most usual diamond shape. One of the factors influencing the cut quality of a round ruby is the variety of aspects it has. Aspects are the level, defined locations on the surface area of a diamond. The elements on round diamonds are usually triangular. Currently, it's believed that the optimal round diamond must have 33 aspects on the crown (the area of the diamond that sits over the girdle, which itself is the widest factor of the ruby) and 25 on the pavilion (the lower, longer section of the ruby). When there are flaws externally of the diamond, cutters might include extra facets in order to obscure them. This leads to a degradation in the general quality of the cut.

While the element count is typically set as a great way of evaluating the high quality of a diamond cut, there are various other factors on which jewelers frequently disagree. Some of the various other factors used by some authorities to assist identify cut grades consist of the elevation of the ruby's crown, the depth of the pavilion, the diameter of the table (the top of the crown), and also the angles of the crown and also structure.

The American Criterion benchmark for rounded diamonds calls for a crown height of 16.2%, pavilion depth of 43.1%, as well as table diameter of 53% of the overall girdle diameter. The Perfect Brilliant benchmark, nevertheless, calls for 19.2% crown height, 40% structure depth, and 56.5% table diameter. While these differences may be difficult for novices to recognize, they are a great picture of the problems related to producing a straightforward assessment of a diamond's cut.

Although there are some disagreements regarding the specific proportions that make up the ideal ruby cut, for potential ruby purchasers, the most important point to comprehend is that diamond qualifications given by organizations like the AGS and also GIA are credible as well as significant. Which diamond cut grade represents the ideal worth?

Which kind of diamond is best for you mainly depends on your budget. For customers who agree to acquire them, suppliers normally suggest rubies with the highest possible cut qualities. Nevertheless, this may result from some self-interest on their part.

The various other 3 Cs have an impact on diamond costs also, so it can be difficult to evaluate the precise difference in price between an Ideal or Superb cut diamond and an Extremely Great cut. For informal purchasers as well as budget-conscious investors alike, diamonds with a Great or Excellent cut quality could represent an excellent worth. This is because, while they could be more budget friendly than otherwise equivalent Perfect or Exceptional cut rubies, the noticeable distinction in top quality is marginal.

At the very same time, do not hesitate to utilize your discretion. If, for instance, you come across a diamond with a Perfect cut score which has excellent rankings in the other categories and also is still within your spending plan, then you ought to absolutely consider it, as long as you're dealing with a respectable supplier.

Even if the ruby itself has ideal color and also clearness, with a poor cut the diamond will certainly have a boring radiance. This is due to the fact that the cut determines how light journeys within the ruby. The Gemological Institute of The U.S.A. has actually likewise created a clearness grading system to rate diamond clarity. This grading system includes Perfect (Fl), Internally Perfect (IF), Really Really Slightly Consisted Of (VV1 or VV2), Really A Little Consisted Of(VS1 or VS2), Somewhat Consisted Of(SI1 or SI2), and also Consisted Of(I1, I2, and also I3). Although this system had been added to the diamond sector, it is not commonly utilized. This is due to the reality that it took a great deal of practice and training to incorporate it.

* Cut

The cut a ruby is determined by the ruby's percentage such as its shape, width as well as depth. The cut identifies just what is called the diamond's "luster". There are 3 kinds of cuts that can figure out the ruby's brilliance. These are a shallow cut, a cut that is unfathomable as well as excellent cut. A shallow cut is a cut of a diamond that is as well reduced, that light traveling with it is shed under of the rock as well as does not come back right into view. This cut makes a ruby appear lifeless and dull. A cut that is unfathomable is a cut that is as well high, that light traveling via it leaves with the sides and dims the rock. A suitable cut is an ideal cut on a diamond that shows light to the top of the stone, providing it ideal sparkle.

* Carat weight

As specified on the last newsletter, a single carat(ct) weighs concerning 200 milligrams or.2 grams. For smaller carat diamonds that consider much less compared to a carat, it is expressed as points (pt). Factors are 1/100 of a carat weight. Carat weight of a ruby is necessary due to the reality that bigger rubies are rarer compared to smaller sized ones, so basically the bigger the diamond the more costly it is. There is no conventional grading system or layout that can show different carat weight. This is since there are so lots of variants of diamonds in shape and cut, makings rocks of similar weight, look various.

* Imitation Diamonds

A great deal of times, sincere mistakes have been made as well as these options or other gemstones such as spinel were in some cases puzzled with real diamonds. Sometimes, some dishonest people attempt to offer these options to misfortunate customers in order to earnings. Below we will go over about these alternatives as well as methods to recognize them.

* Artificial Diamonds

Synthetic rubies are rubies that are expanded manufactured in a laboratory. The first well-known cases of ruby synthesis were asserted to be recorded between 1879 - 1928, however this was never validated. It had not been till the 1940's where research began in the United States, Sweden, Soviet Union began researching. Artificial rubies are or else known as High Stress Heat (HPHT) rubies or Chemical Vapor Deposit (CVD) diamonds. The name of both these artificial rubies originates from the processes utilized to develop them. A few of these synthetic diamonds could either have higher, lower or similar characteristics than that of a ruby. Therefore, these artificial diamonds are utilized for abrasives, cutting as well as brightening devices, and also switches in power plant.

* Simulants

Simulants are non-diamond substances that are utilized to replicate the appearance as well as the shape of a diamond. One of the most fundamental and popular simulant is cubic zirconia (CZ). CZ at ordinary sight can shimmer even more compared to a ruby and it is less thick, indicating that a 1 carat CZ will certainly be a lot bigger than a 1 carat weight diamond. Nowadays, a more prominent simulant is moissanite, which has all the very same characteristics of a diamond. These qualities include hardness (Moissanite-9.25 and diamond-10 in Mohs scale), refractive index(Moissanite -2.65 as well as ruby -2.42) as well as dispersion (Moissanite -.104 and also diamond -.044). This makes it hard to distinguish both at simple view and also would typically require testers to inform the difference. In the next area we will talk about just how to determine moissanites as well as various other imitations.

* Actual or Counterfeit?

An old technique of recognizing diamonds is to do a scratch test. This needs scraping a diamond with an additional diamond which is destructive and also is rarely made use of nowadays. The very best and most reputable way to examine for rubies is to utilize testers that utilize thermal conductivity. These testers include battery powered thermistors mounted with a retracting copper tip. This tester works by injecting the warmth onto the tested rock and after that the device measures the amount of warmth that it conducts. Nevertheless thermal conductivity testers works best to differentiate rubies and also its other simulants, it will not help distinguish laboratory created or artificial stones. To be able to identify these, specific optical techniques are required. Laboratories use methods such as spectroscopy, microscopy and luminescence in order to figure out a specific stones beginning. The ordinary person could make use of loupes and also microscopes to identify artificial rocks. All-natural diamonds typically have minor imperfections and problems such as inclusions or some kind of international product, which will certainly not be located in synthetics.

In a lot of cases, these companies don't disclose the specific information of the processes they use.

The shape of a diamond likewise makes a distinction with regard to just how its cut quality is identified. Although there are some fundamental standards that stay the very same for any type of sort of diamond, the exact techniques made use of to grade a round ruby's cut are various from those used to grade a heart-shaped ruby's cut.

1. Any expert will tell you that the cut is the most important thing to consider when buying diamonds in Catharpin. The main reason behind this is that the cut usually influences the sparkle. A diamond may be clear and feature a high quality color grade, but if the cut is poor, it may still appear dull. The dealer you buy from should be able to cut your diamond in the proper proportions. If your budget can allow it, choose a diamond with the highest cut grade.

Diamond Color

2.  Contrary to common belief, lack of color in your diamonds denotes a higher color grade. Some people go for pale yellow diamond, without knowing that it is low quality. To avoid such an experience, ask the diamond dealer to give you grade H or higher. Near colorless diamond ranges from grade G to J, but it may be quite expensive.

Clarity Diamonds can also be chosen based on their clarity levels.

3. This is usually not a very important factor to consider, considering that the precious stones usually come with imperfections, known as inclusions. These tiny imperfections may not be easy to detect, and they may only be seen through a microscope. However, the fewer there are, the higher the clarity grade of your diamonds. If your budget can be stretched further, consider buying grade VS1 grade or higher.

Consider the Diamond’s Carat Weight

4.  Unlike common belief, carat does not mean the size of the diamond, but its actual weight. Carat and cut must be considered side by side, because no matter the size of the diamond, a poor cut grade can make your precious stones look smaller. Another important fact to keep in mind is that the more the weight of the diamond, the more you will pay for it. Therefore, you should consider going for a less heavy stone with a high grade cut.

Ask for Proof of Certification

5. There is nothing as unfortunate as buying diamonds for your special event only to realize that they are of poor quality, or that they were stolen. To avoid such an eventuality, always ask the dealer in Catharpin to show you the copy of diamond certification.

With these tips, you should be able to make the right choice when buying precious diamonds in Catharpin for you engagement or wedding.

Fake Or Real Ruby And Also Is This Right For You

Not all sellers supply ruby grading laboratory records (aka diamond high quality records) to their consumers. So my general recommendations to you is to maintain your cash in your pocket when taking care of such jewelry experts.

Only buy a diamond interaction ring if it has the initial ruby high quality report.

A laboratory report is an independent assessment of the 4Cs of a loosened ruby and also includes a plotted layout of the rock's quality attributes as well as a graphic depiction of the stone's percentages. Having such a record enables you to compare diamonds of different high qualities as well as eventually helps you make an even more notified purchasing choice.

A seller could reduce edges and also not provide a laboratory report or a dishonest seller might give a phony one since of the moment, problem and also cost he'll birth to obtaining a stone rated.

Yeah - there is a cost for rating a diamond (though that cost is at some point paid by the consumer), plus the shipping and also insurance costs for sending out the ruby to the lab. And also let us not fail to remember the opportunity price of a jewelry expert not having the ruby in his store available for sale for a couple of weeks while the grading occurs.

Nevertheless, a diamond grading record could likewise not be readily available because the costs to obtaining one may influence too greatly on the last rate of the ring. For instance, a 0.3 ct diamond ring setting you back $250 state, could cost around $75 to be graded as well as have the record number inscribed on the band on the diamond. As you look for that suitable diamond interaction ring for your sweetheart, you'll discover that there is a hodgepodge of laboratories claiming to supply trustworthy diamond rating reports. But I would just place my money on ...

The Premier Diamond Grading Laboratory News

Yes, all ruby top quality reports are not created equivalent. Within the industry, it is an agreement that the two top labs are GIA-GTL (Gemological Institute of The U.S.A.'s Gem Trade Lab) and the AGS (American Gem Society Laboratories).

The GCAL (Treasure Qualification and Guarantee Laboratory) also supplies very concerned reports or "ruby certifications" as they are described by GCAL. The GIA has the toughest worldwide track record for self-reliance and also uniformity. Because of their constant shade and also clarity strictness guidelines, the globe's biggest as well as most pricey rubies have been sent out there for rating years. In 2006, GIA-GTL added a two-dimensional cut grading system for round fantastic diamonds.

AGS uses the strictest cut standards in the sector. It makes use of a three-dimensional light performance metric that could grade several ruby forms. In truth, it is the only cut grading system that is acknowledged by the clinical community.

Exactly what is more, its Diamond High quality Document utilizes an unique and exclusive 0 to 10 grading system to examine the 4 Cs - a system which is simpler to comprehend compared to GIA's grading system. As a matter of fact, AGS also goes the added action by relating their 0-10 score scale to various other forms of ranking. For example, the traditional VS1 diamond clarity ranking is a 3 on the AGS Ruby Quality File.

Ruby Coverage - The Drawbacks

1. Diamond grading is not standardized or regulated and for this reason you might come throughout rate 2 labs that utilize looser standards to the rate 1 grading laboratories pointed out above. If you get a diamond that has actually been rated by a tier 2 lab, you might end up paying much more for a lower top quality diamond. So for example, a ruby ranked a "F" in shade at a rate 2 lab could get a G, H, or reduced shade rating at an extra reliable lab. The sector likewise discounts rubies graded by lower well-known labs by concerning 15-30% or more. So either you only purchase a ruby graded by a rate 1 laboratory or you accept that you might be acquiring a lesser quality ruby compared to what is stated on the report if that diamond is graded by a lower well-known lab.

2. Several huge chain shops have massive contracts with minimal well-known labs with "softer" ruby grading guidelines. Several of these softer laboratories placed "recommended replacement values" on the lab reports - values which are above what shops plans offer the rubies for. So a salesperson in a chain shop may say to you, "Consider the great bargain you are obtaining right here. We are selling you this diamond engagement ring for $2500 however the record states that the recommended replacement value is $4000." Wow - exactly what a bargain - NOT! This is why it is much better that you trust just independent tier 1 laboratories.

Also bear in mind that respectable ruby grading records are not appraisals as well as don't use evaluation numbers. Diamond appraisals are frequently grossly filled with air as well as are not something you'll desire to rely upon.

3. Diamond records are filled with please notes that define that absolutely nothing is "certified" or ensured which the laboratories are not accountable for mistakes. As a matter of fact, the GIA provides a disclaimer of types on their website concerning the usage of words "license." The internet site states:

"It is incorrect to state that students, graduates, their organisations, or certain gemstones are "certified" by GIA. The Gemological Institute of The U.S.A. does not certify anybody or anything. Neither a student neither a grad who has been granted a certification or diploma, neither a gem which has been rated or recognized by GIA has actually been accredited by GIA".

So it is feasible that you the customer is left holding the bag ought to an error in a report is later on uncovered. Courts have actually frequently ruled that vendors, not labs, are in charge of such errors. Why? Since the labs suggested in advance that their records couldn't be held accountable.

Fortunately, there are a couple means to provide yourself extra purchaser protection:

A. You could fly to India where jewelers supply a lifetime buyback plan to their consumers. As well pricey to fly?

B. You can discover among the 20% of United States jewelers who sell completely bonded rubies. These are rubies that are sold with life time breakage, lifetime trade-in and lifetime buyback policies.

C. Not as great a solution as acquiring a totally bonded diamond however you can get a ruby that has a real "certificate" and also not a report. "Qualified diamonds do feature warranties" albeit for shorter periods.

Qualification Some vendors refer to a "ruby report" as a "licensed diamond" but practically this is not deal with. From a legal viewpoint, a ruby record is a merely an expert viewpoint though in actuality, elements of a diamond grading record are not simply viewpoints.

For instance, a ruby's carat (weight) can be properly identified in addition to its cut grade by gauging its optical performance or by referring to a computer model. A certification on the various other hand is a statement of fact - a file for which the issuer approves legal duty and also will certainly make restitution to the customer for mistakes.

Some top diamond grading laboratories offer both reports and certificates. AGS supplies Diamond Top quality Papers (non-certified records) as well as additionally Diamond Quality Certificates. Ruby High quality Certifications are prepared exclusively for AGS retail jewelry experts as well as supplies warranties from taking part American Treasure Society participant shops.

GCAL accredits it's ruby grading also. Its 100% money-back assurance policy is legitimate for a duration of two years from the day on the suitable certification. This policy guarantees the accuracy of the cut, shade and also clearness qualities and also the carat weight.

A report or certification ought to will certainly have a number on it that might or may not be engraved on a diamond. You will certainly have the ability to get in that number on the internet site of the certifying laboratory to examine a record's credibility.

Components Of A Diamond Grading Report Ruby rating records are constantly progressing however certain component needs to remain the same. As an example, the:

The Record #. This number is provided and tape-recorded in a laboratory's document as well as might or could not be inscribed on a ruby's band. You could go into the report number on a rating laboratory's site to check the credibility of the diamond top quality record or to get even more details concerning the diamond. Shape & Element Design: This is the summary and the cutting style made use of for the facet plan. There are 3 fundamental element designs - "fantastic cut, action cut and also mixed reducing design" as well as 12 standard forms which include notables such as rounded dazzling and also princess cut" rubies.

Measurements: This describes dimension (not weight) of a ruby. Size consists of measurements such as size, size, weight and also size. A measurement is typically listed to the hundredth of a millimeter. Measurements play a significant role in just how a diamond shines.

Carat weight Weight: The weight of a diamond is gauged to the hundredth of a carat weight and some also give such step to the thousandth of a carat weight (1.123 ct.). Carat is one of the most objective as well as the easiest to understand of the 4Cs because all one has to do is weight the rock. Color Quality: This informs you the degree of color absence in the diamond. The less color the greater the quality.

Rubies are usually graded from D-Z; the closer to "D" the whiter the ruby. You must never see diamond shade range such as (G-H, I-J-K, and so forth) on a diamond report. You need to just see color varieties on evaluations for rocks that are mounted.

Clearness Quality: Virtually every ruby has inner imperfections called inclusions and also external flaws called imperfections. A diamond is rated according to the size, kind, place and also quantity of these flaws.

Clearness qualities vary from Flawless (FL) - Consisted Of. Labs make use of a pair professionals to quality the clarity of a diamond in order to develop an extra precise reading.

Cut Grade: Much more current ruby records consist of a cut grade for typical round fantastic diamonds. Cut takes into account the brilliance, fire and scintillation of the ruby. Cut quality ranges from Superb - Poor.

Various other elements you might stumble upon on a ruby record consist of the polish, symmetry, fluorescence and percentage. Armed with this info, you are much better able making an assessment of the high quality of diamond that is installed in an interaction ring.

What You Should Know When Buying a Diamond Ring

Catharpin

In an ideal world with unlimited budgets and an infinite supply of diamonds, everyone would have beautifully cut "D Flawless" diamonds. In the real world every diamond is unique. There are plenty of gorgeous diamonds to go around - you just need to know how to find one. Choosing a diamond is about balancing several factors to make the most of your budget. Each factor contributes to the beauty and prestige of your diamond. I will explain these factors so you will be prepared to make an informed decision about your diamond purchase.

FACTOR 1: CARAT WEIGHT

People often use the word Carat when discussing how big a diamond is, however "Carat" actually refers to the weight of a diamond. There is no rule as to what carat weight you should buy, but you'll doubtless have heard that "bigger is better." If you ask me, I think bigger is great but you shouldn't forget about the other aspects of a diamond's quality.

A useful tip: if you're looking at Certified Diamonds, you may find it valuable to compare the diameters of different diamonds. Since every diamond is individually cut, some may appear larger than others of the same weight.

FACTOR 2: SHAPE

Approximately 75% of diamonds sold worldwide are Round Brilliants. Rounds diamonds are the most popular, most brilliant, and most expensive. If you are purchasing a diamond as a surprise, Round Brilliant is generally your safest bet.

There is no real hierarchy of shapes being better or worse - it is truly a matter of personal preference. Princess Cuts are the second most popular, and a classic alternative to round diamonds. Cushion Cuts are trendy and have a beautiful vintage look. If you want something different but not too crazy, try an Oval Cut, Asscher Cut, or Radiant Cut diamond.

While no shape is better, there are some significant differences between shapes. Take for example, the radiant cut vs the emerald cut. Though they are a similar shape, the extra facets of the radiant cut give it additional fire and sparkle. If you prefer the emerald cut's understated elegance, consider that it's easier to spot any imperfections and select a higher clarity grade.

Another tip: Diamonds (even round diamonds) may not be perfectly symmetrical. It's nothing to worry about if your diamond's width does not precisely match its height, but if your diamond is much longer than it is wide it may not be what you're expecting. This is especially the case in shapes like Cushion and Oval, where a more asymmetrical diamond might look "skinny", with much of the fire and brilliance concentrated at the ends.

FACTOR 3: CUT

"Cut" refers to a diamond's finish and proportions, and is critical in determining its beauty. Getting the angles right ensures a beautiful diamond that's full of life. In many cases it can be more difficult to spot flaws in a fiery, brilliant diamond. Cut is generally graded in five categories: Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, and Excellent. Excellent is the highest graded awarded by GIA (whereas other labs may use terms like "ideal" or numbers like "0"). If you want to play safe, stick to "Very Good" and "Excellent" cuts when you choose your diamond.

FACTOR 4: CLARITY

Almost all diamonds have naturally¬ occurring features called "inclusions." Inclusions form as the diamond crystallizes deep underground, and they are unique to each diamond. They take many different forms, and can help you identify a diamond as your own. However, large and prominent inclusions can detract from the beauty of a diamond.

There are many different types of inclusions, and not all are created equal. If your diamond certificate has an "inclusion map," check where the inclusions are. Try to find a diamond with inclusions near the edge where they will be masked by sparkle or hidden by the setting of your diamond. If your budget is limited, I recommend buying "SI" clarity or better. "SI" stands for "Slightly Included." With close inspection you can usually spot the inclusions in an SI¬ graded diamond, but these inclusions will most likely not be visible once your diamond is set in jewellery. If you want to be sure your diamond will look "eye clean", even up close, I recommend selecting a VS2 clarity diamond or better. "VS" stands for "Very Slight Inclusion," and imperfections in VS clarity stones are rarely seen by the naked eye.

FACTOR 5: COLOUR

The term "colour" usually refers to how much warm tint is in a diamond. The scale ranges from D (colorless) to Z (very strongly tinted yellow or brown). Pure white diamonds are considered more desirable, and are more expensive. Warmer¬-hued diamonds (such as K, L, and M) are not necessarily less attractive, but they are significantly less valuable.

Conventional wisdom is to select J colour or better. Personally, I love G and H colour diamonds ¬- they hit the "sweet spot" where most people will not notice colour in the diamond unless they're doing a direct comparison. However, an I or J colour diamond that is well cut and has a lot of life can give you a beautiful diamond at a bargain price.

Depending on how they are cut, different diamonds will display colour differently. This is why colour grades are assigned by looking at a diamond upside¬down. Generally, more¬ brilliant diamonds show their colour less than less brilliant diamonds.

FACTOR 6: FLUORESCENCE

Fluorescence has a bad rep, and most of it is unfair. Diamond Fluorescence refers to how a diamond responds when subjected to ultra¬violet light. Fluorescent diamonds can glow any one of several colours, but the most common is blue. In rare cases fluorescence can cause your diamond to have a milky appearance when viewed in direct daylight. This is most often the case with strong or very strong fluorescence and D/E/F colour diamonds.

However, there are many, many more cases where blue fluorescence is a positive thing. Imagine you were shining a blue light on a yellow diamond... the blue tint can make your diamond look whiter. If your diamond falls in the "near colourless," "lightly tinted," or "tinted" range I recommend looking for medium blue or faint blue fluorescence.

Warning: Green, red, and yellow fluorescence are rare, and they will not have the same benefit. If you are interested in a diamond that has strong blue, very strong blue, green, red, or yellow fluorescence, I recommend asking your salesperson to show you your diamond outside in natural daylight. If you're buying online, contact the seller prior to making your purchase so they can examine the diamond first in natural daylight.

FACTOR 7: GRADER

This should always be your first question: Says who? Every diamond grading laboratory has different standards, so comparing diamonds graded by different sources is extremely unreliable. One grader might grade a diamond K SI2, and another might call that same diamond F VS2. I know that sounds crazy, but I see it happen all the time.

The most reputable and consistent grading laboratories are GIA, AGS, IGI, and HRD. GIA is considered the global standard worldwide. AGS is a popular alternative in the U.S.A. while IGI and HRD are more common in Europe.

EGL is tricky because there are EGL labs all over the world, and some of them do a great job while others can be less reliable. We strongly recommend caution when buying an EGL certified diamond unless it's from EGL-¬USA.

Many diamonds are assigned grades by valuation companies and in-¬house graders. If your diamond does not come with a report from a major laboratory, you should always ask where the grader trained. He or she should be certified by a major grading laboratory: GIA, AGS, IGI, or HRD. Be smart and be cautious about reports done by uncertified shop owners, salespeople, or valuation companies.

SELECTING YOUR DIAMOND

You can choose to purchase your diamond online, or from a retail store. If you prefer to purchase your diamond in a retail store, avoid the big chains and shop with smaller independent jewellers. Many independent jewellers are actually significantly less expensive than their large competitors. (You don't have to take my word for it - shop around and you'll quickly learn that this is true). This way you'll buy a better quality diamond and - if you wish - you'll have the opportunity to design your own hand-made engagement ring setting.

If you choose to shop online, I would recommend comparing prices and service across several websites. Be sure that the company ships from your country - otherwise you'll be hit with expensive duty and GST. Always make sure you call or e-mail customer service and have them hand-inspect your diamond before you complete your purchase. Sometimes a diamond may seem like a great deal, but it could have an unfortunate inclusion, asymmetrical cut, or be negatively impacted by fluoresence. And above all, make sure you have an easy and affordable way to return the diamond if it doesn't turn out as you'd hoped. Online shopping is the best way to get a great deal on a diamond for your engagement ring, diamond studs, or pendant - just review this article, be reasonably cautious, and have fun.
